Fruits and patients with kidney disease

Since we were in elementary school , we have been taught about nutrition should we meet every day . Nutrition method named four of five perfectly healthy have been trying to be promoted by the government through a variety of outreach and promotion enough incentive in the new order . Four of five perfectly healthy in itself can be as carbohydrate, protein , vegetables are then supplemented with milk and fruits . Especially for fruits , not all Indonesian people have the luxury to consume these foods every day .

With the paradigm that suggests that fruits provide excellent nutrition for the body , then the community is often believed that when a person has a disease , then the fruit intake will be increased so that the disease recover quickly. But apparently , not all types of pain suffered by someone that his recovery will be helped by the intake of fruits , even the possibility of the disease can harm the disease or condition even worse. The disease is a kidney disease .

Intake of fruits are not good for people with kidney disease because of the simple reason that fruits have enough water element . Meanwhile , the water contained in the acid content which can harm people with kidney disease .

Excessive acid intake can aggravate kidney working system , especially for kidneys that are already in worse shape when compared with healthy people . If we keep forcing kidney performance by providing intake of fruits that contain lots of acid , it is possible to experience kidney inflammation , infection , or even efflorescence which led to kidney stones .

Seeing this , we must be diligent health experts will be consulted on the intake of anything that can be given to patients with kidney disease . This is so that the condition of the kidneys should be getting better , not worse because the condition has to work to force myself to handle intake derived from fruits .
